The Canada Ombudsperson for Responsible Enterprise (CORE) is a business and human rights ombud created by the Government of Canada to review complaints about possible human rights abuses arising from the operations of Canadian companies working in the garment (including clothing and shoes), mining, and oil and gas sectors outside Canada.
